Resolved Question: Do people really go to California as a vacation?

It just seems weird to me. Because I live in sunny San Diego, "the finest city in America" (Which I don't believe, I mean it's nice and clean, but IDK.). It just seams strange. I would rather go to Hawaii or Mexico. Plus. It's so HOTT!!!!! It's like summer year round! The trees never change color or anything. I mean yea I like surfing and going to the beach.
